General Manager

Anthony Gayfield (he/him)

ANTHONY is an operations and transportation leader with extensive experience managing large-scale logistics, fleet, and infrastructure organizations. A Milwaukee-area resident with degrees from Cardinal Stritch University and UW-Whitewater, he has led teams across Amazon, the City of Milwaukee, and private industry. As the father of children who have participated in MYAC programs over the years, Anthony has seen firsthand the organization’s impact on young people and families. He is passionate about supporting MYAC’s mission and helping create opportunities for students, artists, and the broader community.

Allison C. (she/her)

ALLISON is a writer, musician, and former teacher with a passion for the performing arts. With a background in film, TV, and theatre, she is thrilled to join MYAC, where she can utilize her experiences in unique spaces to enrich the lives of Milwaukee youths and creatives.

Stuart Mott (he/him)

STUART is a Milwaukee native and graduate of UW-Madison in Theatre & Drama. Before joining MYAC, he toured as a music director with The Second City's National Touring Company and worked in the TV and film industry in Los Angeles. He is excited to be back in Milwaukee, serving MYAC's vibrant community of students, artists, and partners.

Jon W. (he/him)

JON joined MYAC in the Winter of 2026. He is a self-professed and proud "tech and gaming nerd" who went to Full Sail University for Music Production & Engineering. He has previously taken short form improv classes and looks to start auditioning for commercial/extra work in the Chicago area.

Melanie Beardsley (she/her)

MELANIE is a vocal performance major at UW-Milwaukee and loves to sing. When she is not singing, she spends her time at ballet class, crocheting, or watching Bob's Burgers

Jason Dernay (he/they/she)

JASON joined MYAC in the Fall of 2025. An actor, educator, administrator, and a native of Michigan, Jason is delighted to continue supporting arts and education in Milwaukee.

Tatiana Ebbinger (she/her)

TATIANA is a visual artist from Milwaukee. She is passionate about arts education and the environment. Tati is always creating, whether in the pottery studio, painting houses, outside in nature, or at home sewing.

Annika Hauser (she/her)

ANNIKA is a music and theatre double major at UW-Milwaukee. As a dancer, director, and comedian, she loves to tell stories and spread the joy and empathy that the arts create. She is also a cook and sitcom enthusiast.
